Q. How do I contact you to arrange collection?

A. You can contact us by filing in the online form, email or you can give us a ring, we also offer an after hours phone service, all phone calls are taken by a real person too!

Q. Why pick us to collect your vehicle?

A. We are a family business, and we've been operating since 1947, and it's been handed down to generation to generation, we've got a few years experience in this line of work, all our staff are family too including our drivers, we are friendly and always happy to help you with any questions or problems you may have.

Q. Do I have to be at home or with the vehicle when you collect?

A. No you don't but you must leave keys and docs with vehicle, you can give us a call and discuss a safe place to hide them.

Q. Do you have collect after business hours?

A. We can collect most times of the day within reason, and we also collect at the weekends.

Q. Do you pay anything for vehicles?

A. No we don't and we advise not to accept payment for your scrap vehicles as they may go back on the road or be used for something more sinister.

Q. Do I indeed vehicle registration docs (V5) with the vehicle?

A. No you don't but if you want a receipt of collection feel free to ask our driver who collects.

Q. Do i need keys with the vehicle?

a. No, don't worry if you have got the keys our drivers will sort out that problem.

Q. What happens about the paperwork, vehicle registration docs(V5) etc?

a. Don't worry about the paperwork, our drivers will help you and sign the relevant sections.

Q. What part of the vehicle registration doc(V5) do I send to the DVLA?

a. You send off the traders section, if its a new style of vehicle registration doc(V5), it will be a yellow section, if its an older style it will be the red section, the rest of the vehicle registration doc(V5) stays with our driver.

Q. Are you registered?

a. Yes we are, we are registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier.

Q. Do you take commercials?

a. Yes we do take commercials but only up to a weight of 3 tonnes, anything over that weight needs specialist towing equipment.

Q. Do you take motorbikes etc?

a. Yes we do, but there will be a small charge because of the size & weight, unless you have more than one.

Q. Do you just take just vehicle body shells?

a. Yes we do, we collect any vehicle in any condition.

Q. Do you resell vehicles?

a. No we don't resell vehicles they are all de-polluted and recycled.

Q. Do you sell spares?

a. No we don't, the last thing you want is your engine going into a stolen vehicle.

Q. Do you export vehicles to other countries?

a. No we don't
